We are a privately owned business, located in Hochdorf, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany – maintaining strong and strategic industry relationships worldwide. As a Germany based company with over 30 years of experience in harvesting bovine products in New Zealand, specifically for the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, we have developed numerous innovative product solutions for our customers.

Being aware of the importance of the quality of our products to the success of the final medical or cosmetic product, we developed a unique expertise in the market. Our ability to deliver premium material in prompt and efficient ways is proof of our commitment to excellence.

Company History

PACIFIC Natural Gut String Co. Ltd., Manaia was established in 1972 by PACIFIC-Entermark and Norman Wheeler.

Since 1978, we have been active in the field of collagen based surgical sutures (Catgut)

Since 1989, we have strived to be at the forefront in animal tissue harvesting services – supplying and marketing our business globally

1992 PACIFIC-Entermark GmbH Germany takes over remaining shares of PACIFIC Natural Gut Co. Ltd., now a wholey owned subsidery of PACIFIC-Entermark.

2006 Change of Management structure. PACIFIC Natural Gut Company is now managed by PACIFIC-Entermark Headquarter in Germany.

2012 Establishment of new division for biological commodities.
